HGH and its Effects On Belly Fat

Belly fat according to recent research belly fat can be hazardous to your health. A Mayo Clinic study done by the ESC Congress in 2012 shows that those that carry extra weight in the belly area have a much higher death risk than obese individuals.

"We knew from previous research that central obesity is bad, but what is new in this research is that the distribution of the fat is very important even in people with a normal weight," said Dr Francisco Lopez-Jimenez, senior author on the study and a cardiologist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. "This group has the highest death rate, even higher than those who are considered obese based on BMI. From a public health perspective, this is a significant finding."

The study involved 12,785 individuals 18 years of age or older. The survey recorded body measurements such as weight, height, hip circumference, and waist circumference. Subjects were divided into three BMI categories. Normal 18.5-24.9 kg/m2, Overweight 25.0-29.9 kg/m2, and Obese >30 kg/m2. The mean age of the subjects was 44 and 47.4% were men. The mean follow up was 14.3 years. There were 2,562 deaths and 1,138 of them were related to cardiovascular. The risk of cardiovascular death was 2.75 times higher.

"To our knowledge it is the first study that evaluated nationwide estimates of death in central obesity even in the absence of obesity as measured by BMI," said Dr Sahakyan, who is a cardiology research fellow at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. "The high risk of death may be related to a higher visceral fat accumulation in this group, which is associated with insulin resistance and other risk factors, the limited amount of fat located on the hips and legs, which is fat with presumed protective effects and to the relatively limited amount of muscle mass."

HGH Can Dispose of Belly Fat

Thankfully, HGH or human growth hormone can help you burn away belly fat. Each of your body's fat cells has its own growth hormone receptor. The HGH will bind to the receptors, and when it does it will trigger a series of enzymatic reactions within the cell that lead to the breakdown of fat. This is called lipolysis.

HGH also supports fat loss by the way it affects insulin. That's because insulin promotes the creation of fat cells, which is called lipogenesis, and HGH will counter the effects of insulin, and this promotes fat cell destruction. When HGH opposes the action of insulation it helps keep the cells thin. When there isn't enough HGH to inhibit the way insulin affects your fat cells they will expand.

HGH Research Shows Decrease in Fat

Fat causes your pituitary gland to decrease the amount of human growth hormone that is released. This is why overweight and/or obese individuals release lower amounts of human growth hormone than other individuals who are the same age but who are not overweight and/or obese.

Santiago, Spain researchers used a combination of two growth hormone releasers on obese patients that were 130% above their ideal body weight. This resulted in an enormous amount of HGH being released. The conclusion by doctors was that the reduced growth hormone secretion that those dealing with being overweight and/or obesity has the potential to be reversed.

Still not convinced!

  • Mr. Howard Turney opened the first anti-aging clinic that used HGH therapy and he personally trimmed 9 inches off his waist taking an HGH supplement.
  • An anti-aging physician, by the name of Dr. Edmund Chein, lost his "huge pot belly" by taking HGH.

HGH isn't like any other fat reducing method, because rather than working against your body it works with your body. When you use diet to lose weight you generally gain the weight back because you haven't addressed the underlying hormonal issue with the body, that tells your body that it needs to store fat. When you use HGH supplement it directs your body to get rid of the fat.

There is clinical research that supports the fat that HGH will decrease fat and reverse aging signs.

The New England Journal of Medicine published the following results:
  • 48% of belly flattened
  • 62% of loose skin tightened
  • 62% improvement in silhouette straightening up

What's so great with HGH is that it helps you lose weight, and most of that weight occurs in that deep belly fat that puts your health at risk. For both aging men and women, belly fat is one of the biggest problems. In every HGH research study that has been conducted, adults deficient in HGH, as well as aging "normal" people, HGH supplements reduced body fat and increased their overall lean body mass.

(Dr. Ronald M. Klatz's book "10 Weeks to a Younger You" p.48)

HGH supplements can help you lose belly fat. HGH supplements are sufficient to benefit anyone with decreased HGH levels as a result of aging. If you have a severe HGH deficiency you should see a doctor. To try an HGH supplement risk free click here!
